Currently I own 2 dental offices.  One is in Le Mars, IA where I have been for 5 years.  One is in Vermillion, SD which I purchased at the beginning of this year.  Dr. Gary Prosser works with me in Vermillion as an associate and has 25 years of experience.

 

I have opportunities to purchase offices in Sioux Falls, SD, Northwest Iowa, and other locations near Southeast SD, and NE Nebraska.  I am open to any transition arrangements, associate agreements, buy ins, and buy out opportunities.  Will accept flexible work arrangements.

 

Key Points

·                     Believe working for production is better than collections as collections make the dentist an adversary of front desk who control their salary

·                     Will start associate out at 35% adjusted production with guaranteed salary if necessary

·                     Can buy into either office now, or buy me out if preferred
